Candelightful Candy Carts Terms & Conditions
Payment – Deposit and Balance:
A £50 refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your selected date and as a caution against any breakage.
This deposit will be returned to you immediately after the event assuming no damage to Candelightful property has occurred. Any damage will be charged at cost price of the equipment concerned.
The full balance is payable no later than 28 days before the event.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, and bank transfer. We also accept payments through PayPal.
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
Previous to 12 weeks before your event you will be liable to lose your deposit
Within 12 weeks of your event you are liable for 50% of the cost of your chosen package
Within 4 weeks of your event you are liable for 100% of the cost of your chosen package
Included within the cost of your package is the complete set up of the candy cart, delivery and collection. There is no charge for delivery within a 20 mile radius of Livingston, West Lothian. Any extra mileage will be charge at 50 pence per mile.
Some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts. Candelightful cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from consumption of our products. We can accommodate special dietary needs upon request.
Your candy cart may be left unattended after set up. Some sweets are considered a choking hazard and packaging from some products pose a risk of suffocation. Some of our products will be served in glassware which can be fragile and liable to breakage if handled incorrectly.
Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Candelightful cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise through consumption or the misuse of our products, packaging and equipment
